Boat Bill of Sale

Use the Oklahoma bill of sale document to transfer the ownership of a vehicle or boat from Seller to a Buyer. The required Odometer Disclosure Statement is attached  to the vehicle version and once authorized the new owner must have an original and the Title (notarized) in order to receive registration from the Department of Public Safety (Find a Location).

Additional Documents Needed to Register Vehicle

• Title/Registration Application
• Proof of Insurance
• Previous title signed over to the new owner
