South Dakota Bill of Sale Form

Use to transfer the ownership of a vehicle or boat from one party to another. The form must be completed including the odometer reading (for vehicles) and only the seller must sign. The new buyer must take the original document to the County Treasurer’s office (Find in Your Area) in his or her jurisdiction for registration.
