Walmart Credit Card Application Form

Download the Walmart credit card application to either apply for credit to be used solely inside Walmart stores or for the credit card that allows for the use at any merchant that accepts Discover. An applicant may apply online, in the store, or by mail sending the physical application.

How to Apply

Option 1 – Apply Online – Walmart offers two (2) types of cards;

• Standard Walmart Credit Card – This allows customers to use exclusively at Walmart stores and gas stations (receive $0.05 per gallon purchased).

• Walmart Discover Credit Card – Use this wherever Discover is accepted and receive 1% cash-back on all purchases at Walmart stores.

Filling in the application should not take more than 10 minutes and you will receive an instant credit decision. If approved the new card will be shipped immediately and will arrive in 10 to 14 business days.

Option 2 – Go In-Store – If you are already headed to a Walmart location you may apply inside the store at the register but would recommend doing this at the jewelry kiosk as to not hold up customers waiting in line.
