The Ohio purchase and sale agreement approved by the Columbus Board of Realtors and the Columbus Bar Association. This legal form allows a buyer and seller to transact residential property between one another usually after a purchase price and terms have been agreed upon. If a real estate agent is being used a commission (percentage of the purchase price) may have to be paid by the parties.
