An eviction notice form may be used by any landlord, property manager, or lessor that is seeking to evict a tenant for the breaking of a lease agreement. Typically the party giving this form will slip it underneath the door or mail as a certified letter. Depending on the State, the lessor may have to give the tenant a specific amount of time to be able to “catch up” to rent before legally filing the eviction.
