An employment verification letter is a document that certifies a person is working for a company or individual. If requested the form may also state the following;

Any other information may be requested at the expense of the employee and as long as the employer obliges to any request(s). On the bottom of the form the employer should sign and date to certify the document.

The form should given to your employer for completion. Often times the person being verified will not receive the letter and it will be sent directly from the employer to the party that is requesting it.
