Virginia Tax Power of Attorney Form (VSA 70)

A Virginia Tax Power of Attorney Form (VSA 70) lets a resident be able to select an Agent to handle all responsibilities in reference to a vehicle he or she owns. This allows the Agent to keep updated with any and all registration and the power to transfer or sell the vehicle. All proceeds must transfer to the Principal and all decisions made must be to the owner’s best interest.
