- For earnings over $3,000.00, you’ll pay 5.00% plus $110.00

- For earnings between $1,000.00 and $6,000, you’ll pay 4.00% plus $20.00
- For earnings over $6,000.00, you’ll pay 5.00% plus $220.00

Extensions
All residents of Alabama are given an automatic six (6) months to file but payment(s) are still due on the filing date. All penalties will be subject to Statute 40-1-44 and send to the following addresses;
