The Alaska purchase and sale agreement is licensed for the use of Realtors that allows a buyer and seller to negotiate through a written contract. Both parties must agree to the terms and usually a closing date will be determined within a certain amount of days to allow financing to take place (usually 90 days).
Every page should be initialed by the parties involved and after authorization the form becomes legally binding.
