The Arizona LLC operating agreement is a document that acts much like a partnership agreement but for companies. The main attraction to creating an entity is to separate as much as the person from business assets and liabilities to exposing themselves legally. So even if a person is a single member LLC this form should be created even though it is not legally required within the laws of Arizona (Arizona Limited Liability Act – Title 29 Chapter 4).
