Best Buy Credit Card Application Form

Apply for the Best Buy credit card and receive 5% credit for all purchases made at store locations. The card allows for 6, 18, and 24 month financing for Best Buy products with at least $149 in value.

How to Apply

Option 1 – Apply Online – Go to Best Buy’s website and apply. You will need to setup an account with an e-mail and password. After receiving your confirmation link you will be re-directed to the application which should take about ten (10) minutes to complete. You will receive a credit decision immediately and if approved your card will ship to the address provided within 7 to 10 business days.

Option 2 – Go to a Store – You may also apply at any Best Buy store location. Just go inside with a completed application in hand.

Option 3 – Print Application – Download and complete a printable application. It can be completed on your computer or after being printed out in hand using black or blue ink.

• After completing, fax to 1-952-430-7894. You will receive a letter regarding your the credit department’s decision within 10 to 14 business days.
