California Promissory Note Template
Download the California promissory note template that allows a borrower to receive money with the intentions of paying the lender back. If the borrower does not pay the lender within the agreed upon timeframe, the borrower will be subject to a penalty and interest (See California’s usury rate) added onto the remaining balance. It is advised to have this document signed in the presence of a Notary Public to ensure it’s legality.
