How to Apply
Step 1 – Complete the Application – Fill in the form and make sure to write all the exact and correct details so that when a credit check is performed that Citgo has all the right information. You will be asked how many card you will need and what kind of credit line you would like available per month for gas purchases.
Step 2 – Submit – There are two (2) ways to send the application to Citgo’s credit department as seen below;

- Mail – P.O. Box 29180, Shawnee Mission, KS 66201-9180
