Complete the Delaware purchase and sale agreement (provided by Realtors) to negotiate and handle a residential real estate transaction in the State of Delaware. This form becomes legal once it has been signed by all parties. It is recommended that an attorney or real estate agent review all the documents in order to make sure that it is legal under the State of Delaware (See Codes). There may be disclosures and addendums needed in order for the contract to be in compliance with all State and local ordinances.

• Seller must fill out Real Property Disclosure and provide the buyer with the lead based paint disclosure form if the housing unit was built before 1978.
