This is the official form to purchase residential property in Hawaii whether or not you are a Realtor. In order to complete both the buyer and seller will need to come to terms and fill in the appropriate agreement and once it has been authorized by both parties it becomes legal and binding.

It is a good idea to always have an attorney review all documents and to make sure that all required State disclosures are included for legal purposes.
