- Earnings between $29,880.00 and $44,820, you will pay 6.80% + $1,457.55
- Earnings between $44,820.00 and $67,230, you will pay 7.92% + $2,473.47
- Earnings over $67,230.00, you will pay 8.98% + $4,248.34

Extensions
The state of Iowa has no form available to complete for the purpose of acquiring an extension of time. You will need to pay at least 90% of you tax liability by April 30th in order to avoid penalty. You will automatically be granted an extension until October 31st to get your return filed, however, be advised that you may owe a 2210 penalty if you’ve failed to make estimated payments.
