Once you have completed your application according to the included instructions, you will submit your documents along with a money order or check payable to the Secretary of State and send it to:

Step 3 – Commission – If all of your submitted information is satisfied and you are found to be a qualified notary public you will be notified with certification at your place of residence. Since you will have already had in place your supplies and bonding, you will be officially permitted Notary Public status and may begin your practice.
