    • Filing Fee – $50.00
  • Domestic Non Profit – For all organizations seeking tax exemption status.
    • Filing Fee – $8.00
  • Professional – For all corporations that seek a special designation from the State such as a law or medical office.
    • Filing Fee – $50.00
  • Foreign (Out of State) – Also referred to as the Certificate of Authority, for all corporations seeking to do business in Kentucky that is located outside the State.
    • Filing Fee – $90.00

Step 2 – Attach the Fee – Make a check payable to the Kentucky Secretary of State for the filing fee listed above and attach to the completed form.
