The Louisiana articles of incorporation forms allow a corporation to be created by filing the paper applications or filing online. All payments whether online or in paper form submitted via mail must be made to the Secretary of State.

How to File

  • *Foreign – $125 – For all corporations located outside the State seeking to do business in Louisiana.

*Step 2 – Mail – Attach the fee as states above next to the type of corporation. If you are performing the incorporation online you will pay the fee at the end of the session. If you decided to go the paper route, make a check payable to the Louisiana Secretary of State and send the document with the attached check to;
