Abandoned Property Bill of Sale

Use the following forms to transfer the ownership of any type of vehicle or vessel located in Missouri. The Notice of Sale must be submitted to the Missouri Department of Revenue (See Office Locations) within thirty (30) days of the completed transaction by the seller.

Register a Vehicle

Use the following forms to register and vehicle and bring to a Department of Revenue Office Location;

• Completed Bill of Sale
• Lien Release Waiver
• Odometer Disclosure Statement
• Title Application
• Inspection Certificate – To be completed by a State certified mechanic.
• Seller’s Title – Signed over to the new buyer. See Example
