The Missouri purchase and sale agreement allow the transaction of real estate to occur between a buyer and seller. It is recommended that each party have it’s own representation either through a real estate agent (Preferably a Realtor) or an attorney. If you are going to be filling in the forms yourself, be sure to include all the necessary property information and make sure to have all required disclosure documents. Without all the required disclosures the contract may not be considered legal within the State.

As a buyer, it is recommended that you check the title of the property to make sure there are no pending liens as well as perform all necessary tests to check for environmental or structural issues.
