The uniform Nebraska purchase and sale agreement is the official form for selling a home or residential property in the State. There may be some disclosures and addendums to be attached which you should contact a real estate agent or lawyer to obtain. Once the buyer and seller have come to an agreement on the purchase price, it is recommended that this form be completed.

After both parties have signed and every page has been properly initialized (including any handwritten changes), the form is legal and a closing should be the next step as long as any and all tests come back with no defects on the property and title.
