This is a standard template for a purchase and sale agreement to begin a real estate transaction for a buyer and seller. The purchase price is the most important part of the negotiation and when the closing date will be. Disclosure Forms

• Lead Based Paint Disclosure – Required by federal law for all residential dwellings built before 1978.
• Seller’s Property Condition Disclosure – For use with any property. The seller to must complete to make any structural or material defects aware to the buyer.
