The Qdoba job application may be used for any type of team member position at restaurant locations. Prior experience in the food industry is not required but helpful and having the flexibility to work all hours throughout the week are essential to being hired.

How to Apply
Step 1 – Download Application – Download and fill-in the application including the applicant’s
- Name
- Contact Information
- Position Desired: Cook, Line Server, Shift Supervisor, or Management
- Pay Desired
- Employment Start
- Availability – Hours per day each week and the specific time slots
- Prior Employment Experience
- Prior Education
- Applicant’s Signature
Step 2 –Find a Qdoba – After the application is complete the applicant should go to a Qdoba location during non-busy hours (between lunch and dinner) and meet with an upper level staff member or manager about employment opportunities.
If the manager is pleased with the application the applicant will receive communication usually within one (1) week of the time of meeting. Either an interview will be scheduled or a time to come in for training.

Step 2 – After clicking the first page of the online process will begin. After completing the application will stay on file with Qdoba for future open positions if it is not accepted at this time.
