Use the Sears credit card application to apply for a line of credit to be used at any Sears location. There are two (2) types, personal (Must apply online) and commercial (print application).

• Commercial Use – This type of account is for entities (Corporations, LLC’s, Partnerships, Sole Proprietorships, etc.)
