The South Carolina purchase and sale agreements may be used to transfer a property from one party to another. There are two (2) main agreements, one for Realtors and one specifically For Sale By Owner (FSBO). Both will provide the same function and there may be disclosures that will be needed in addition to the authorized contract to let the buyer know of any issues with the property.
It is always recommended to have representation by a real estate agent or attorney to protect your rights and make sure all the required forms are being used.
