Stock Purchase Agreement Template
Also known as an “SPA”, use a stock purchase agreement to buy a portion of a company from an individual or entity that is willing to sell. There is usually a set price that both must agree on either in whole or as a price per share ($/share). The contract should be reviewed and signed with at least two (2) originals for documentation. For larger scale stock purchases it is advised to have a notary public witness the signatures.
