Download the Vermont purchase and sale agreement provided by the Vermont Association of Realtors which allows the buying or selling or property located within the State. After filling in the blank fields with the purchaser and sellers’ information, property description, and terms of sale the contract is ready for authorization.
After signing, the seller must complete the disclosure forms and they must be forwarded to the buyer to inform of any structural defects, damages, or problems with the property or title.

• Be sure that the Seller notes if the residence was built prior to 1978 that they acknowledge the existence of lead based paint on the premises.
