Simple Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Recipe

 

Ingredients

á    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

á    Breadcrumbs

á    Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

á    Mayonnaise

á    Milk

á    Salt

á    Pepper

Directions

1.  Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit

2.  If the chicken was in the freezer, put in a pot of cold water, if frozen, defrost first.

3.  Cut the pieces so that they are no more than an inch thick. The smaller/thinner, the crispier

4.  Prepare cooking pan, it is best to wrap in aluminum foil for easier cleanup

5.  1st Bowl - Mix mayonnaise and milk in a bowl

6.  2nd Bowl - Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese

7.  Dip chicken breasts in the 1st and 2nd bowls and then onto the baking pan.

8.  Dust with salt and pepper and place the chicken into the oven

9.  Cook time can be anywhere from thirty (30) to forty (40) minutes depending on the size. You will know the meal is complete when the chicken turns into a golden brown.
