California Power of Attorney Forms and Templates
California power of attorney allows a person (Principal) to select someone else (Agent) to handle their financial, medical, tax, or Department of Motor Vehicle decisions on their behalf. Beware that these forms do not become void if the Principal can no longer think for themselves, so it is highly recommended that the agent selected be trusted as he or she will have the unlimited power to act for the Principal. In order to get power of attorney in California, the Principal and Agent must complete the document and have signed in front of a notary public. If any of the parties involved would like to know more information they may view the full list of California Statutes.
