Use the room rental agreement form to lease a room in a house or in a multi-family. Step 2 – View Other Rentals – Before submitting your listing, make sure to view other properties in your area to see how much you can get. If you are in a rush for money, you want to set the price lower than the others.
Step 3 – Submit Your Listing – Submit and wait for the phone calls and e-mails. Make sure to screen your tenants with a rental application.
Step 4 – Approval – Once you have successfully approved your tenant, it is time to sign them up for a legal lease term. This can be done by signing this agreement. It is advised to accept a Security Deposit to cover any unnecessary damage caused by the tenant upon move out.
