Guacamole is a type of dish that is served made up of avocados mixed with spices depending on the maker or chef’s taste. How to Prepare
Step 1 – It is best to cut the avocado in half and take out the pit.
Step 2 – Then you will want to scoop the avocado out using the skin as a bowl. If it is ripe enough, you can scoop out with a spoon and place into a bowl.
Step 3 – Depending on how chunky you like your guacamole, you may choose one of the following ways to mash;
- Potato Masher
- Pastry Blender
- Or for a Purée you can use a standard blender
If you do not have one of the above items at your disposal, you may use a fork or spoon and mash at your discretion.
Step 4 – Add other ingredients to your base.
