Use the contractor hold harmless agreement to allow a subcontractor to indemnify a contractor from any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses, and expenses from any (whole or part) acts, omissions, breach or default in relation to any work serviced. There is usually an insurance policy that is held by the subcontractor in case of any type of negligence up to a certain amount in the form of a Certificate of Insurance.
