The fake doctor’s note allows a person to skip work, school, or any other event where an excuse is needed for missing time. The doctor’s note provides that excuse by stating, through a fake doctor, that you were not able to attend because of an illness you may be suffering.

The fake doctor’s note should be filled-in by writing an address close-by and stating the sickness you had. After completing the form, it should be printed out and the doctor’s signature must be placed. Doctor’s are known for their lack of penmanship so a simple scribble should work fine.
