Kohl’s Job Application Form

Fill out the official Kohl’s job application or complete after printing in blank ink. The application should be used to seek employment at any Kohl’s store location desired.

How to Apply

Step 1 – Choose Location – Decide which store you would like to be employed. With more than 1,100 stores worldwide there is a good chance there will be more than a few stores in your area.

Step 2 – Fill out Application – An applicant has two (2) options;

• Apply Online
• *Physical Form – The most important parts of the form is to show that you may be available at anytime and willing to work on holidays.

*Step 3 – Submit at Store – If this option is chosen, it is advised to go into the store desired to work at and ask to speak with the manager on staff. He or she will be able to tell you if there are any openings available. This option can be better than the internet as any new positions will only reach the corporate website if they are not filled within a few weeks.

If interest is shown in your credentials a follow-up interview may be arranged as well as a time to start training.
