Bill of Sale

Use the Utah bill of sale to purchase or sell an automobile, light or heavy truck, trailer, motorcycle, off highway vehicle, snowmobile, or boat. By law, the form must be complete including the odometer mileage (Form TC-891) and both signatures of each party. The new owner must bring an original to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles office in his or her jurisdiction. Forms Needed to Register a Vehicle

• Odometer Disclosure
• Certificate of Inspection
• Proof of auto insurance
• Blank check for payment
