Business Purchase Agreement Template

Create and edit a business purchase agreement to transfer the ownership of a running business from one party to another. In addition to this agreement, typically the previous owner will teach and instruct the buyer on how it is run. In addition to calculating the business sale price, the owner should make a calculation of all the inventory (if any). Once this document has been authorized by both Buyer and Seller it becomes a legal document.
