Christmas Party Invitation Templates

Christmas party invitations aren’t hard to write, but using a template can make doing so easier. You can find a great number of templates online ranging from minimalist designs with little decoration to more colorful templates with Christmas flair. Depending on your style and the tone of the party, you can find a more formal design that might feature little more than space to write in the essential information.

How to Write

In addition, consider whether you want cards to write on or whether you want to type in the information. Writing on the cards makes them warmer and more personal, which is certainly an appropriate tone for a Christmas invitation. Typing them can look more professional, however, if this is the look you’re going for. Adding photos of your family can be a nice touch as well.

You can begin on the front of the invitation with a message like “You’re invited to a Christmas party.” Then you can write the date, time, and location of the party, followed by how to RSVP. Of course, you can vary the language and use something like “Please join us for a Christmas celebration!”

Consider what type of font style to use as well, as this can dramatically alter the appearance and style of your invitation. Then add any Christmas-related art you want, such as ornaments, Christmas trees, or reindeer.

Here is an example of the message on a Christmas party invitation:
