The Georgia articles of organization is the required application for creating an LLC. In recent years, the Secretary of State has decided to make this application only available online. After filling out the fields on the State website you will be directed to a page to pay via credit card the $100 filing fee.

How to File

Step 1 – This is a Sample Articles of Organization form but all LLC formations must be completed online.

Step 2 – Pay the $100 filing fee at the end of the session.

Tips

• Apply for an EIN number so you may be able to obtain a bank account.
• Complete an Operating Agreement to protect yourself
