Indiana articles of incorporation forms allow for the setting up of a corporation either *online (*only domestic entities) or through the standard paper filing. All forms must be completed and submitted to the Secretary of State’s office along with the required filing fee ($90 for Profit – $30 for Non-Profit).

  • Foreign Non-Profit – Any tax exempt organization or institution located outside the State that is seeking to have locations in Indiana.

Step 2 – Pay Fee – Write a check payable to the Indiana Secretary of State for $90 for profit and $30 for non-profit entities. Attach to the completed form.

Step 3 – Mail – Send the completed form and filing fee to the following address;
