How to Apply
Step 1 – Fill in the Application – As an applicant, you have two (2) ways to fill out the form, either online or through thephysical version (recommended). When completing, keep in mind of the following;
- Write down as many hours that you are available as this will be the main reason why a manager will seek a new prospect.
- Be sure to include in your previous employers field all related food or restaurant jobs you have had.
Step 2 – Submit – If completing online all you have to do is click on the ‘Submit’ button on the bottom of the page. If you have selected the physical version you will need to go to the closest restaurant in your area or find the desired location by using the Find a Pollo Tropical tool.
Try to find a time when the store is not at it’s busiest so you will be able to get as much with the manager as possible. If any openings are available the manager will accept your completed form and contact you within 1 to 2 weeks if the qualifications are met.
If contacted for an interview or to start training you must come with one the following items;
•A card issued by Federal, State or local government showing your identity
•Driver’s license, or state I.D. card with photo or descriptive information
•School I.D. Card with photo or descriptive information
•U.S. passport
•U.S. military card or other draft card
•Proof of Age
