- Foreign – For existing companies that are located outside the State

Tips
- It is recommended that the company receives an Employer Identification Number from the IRS in order to create bank accounts and participate in financial activity.
- An operating agreement is recommended by all legal representatives to protect the members from each other as well as protect business entity status if it is a sole proprietorship.
