How to File
Step 1 – Complete the Articles of Organization;
- File Online – You may file this form on the Secretary of State’s website.
- Paper Filing – An applicant may also file through the standard mail by downloading one of the following forms;
Step 2 – Pay Fee
If you are filing online, you must pay via credit card the following fee;
- All Domestic – $75
- Foreign – $150

Tips
- If the company will be registering a bank account after incorporating, it must register to get an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- It recommended by legal representatives that all LLC’s have an operating agreement to help further its legality as a separate entity.
