The HVAC, or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, contract is used by maintenance companies to create an agreement between a client to handle the everyday service of the venting systems. The contracts are typically awarding on an annual basis and the only variable other than repairs is the amount of freon to be replaced, usually agreed upon on a price ($) per pound.
